My boy has reached the age of drawing stick men!

And I knew I had to eternalise and materialise his very first family drawing! I was beaming with pride after I got it digitalised and engraved on the coaster.

To have your child's drawing engraved, you may have your child to draw on an iPad with the Apple Pencil.

Alternatively, which I did, using the primitive method - have your child to draw on a piece of white sheet with black marker. I had my boy to draw on a glossy sheet of paper which was a packaging paper in fact. Then snap a photo of the drawing, with ample lighting to avoid shadows, and send it to me!

  • An artwork draft will be sent back for your confirmation via email / Whatsapp prior to the making 

  • Artwork will be engraved on Large Circle Coaster

  • Coaster comes individually packed in our signature cotton drawstring sack

Hex measures 9 (W) x 8 (H) cm, 1 cm thick, indent diameter of 6.5 cm.
Square measures 10 x 10 cm, 1 cm thick, indent diameter of 8.6 cm. *upsized*
Circle measures 10 cm, 1 cm thick, indent diameter of 8.8 cm.
Small Circle measures 8 cm, 1 cm thick, indent diameter of 7.5 cm.  *phasing out*

Our coasters come individually packed in our signature cotton drawstring sack, scented with a whiff of white tea fragrance.

Lead Time & Delivery Rates

As all of my products are crafted solely by myself from design customising to the engraving and finally packing, please do allow 5-7 working days of processing before dispatch.

During peak seasons, please do also allow an additional 2 - 3 working days, for our courier partner who are working tirelessly in rain or shine, to deliver the parcels to your door.

Delivery Rates Card

  • Standard Courier  - $5.50 (Complimentary for orders above $120)

  • Island-wide Express Courier for delivery on specific day and time - $25

  • For orders with less than 5 working days lead time, an urgent processing fee of $25 is chargeable.

Return Policy

RETURNS

I do pride myself with error free engravings, so that I deliver your gifts just that way you'd like it to be. As each wood piece is individually personalised with your requested wordings or artwork, I regret to inform that engraved items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Do also assist me by checking through to ensure that you have indicated the correct spelling or characters to be engraved for each item in your order.
In the unfortunate event that I have made an error in the engraving (my apologies!), please Whatsapp me at 8825 0699 within 3 working days of receiving your parcel, with snapshots of the error. I'll drop you a reply with further instructions for the corrected replacement.
  • Returned items must be in original condition: unwashed and unused. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected.
  • Returns are not accepted for orders made with sale discount codes, voucher codes from reward points redemption and sale items.
  • No cash refunds will be made for returns. Store credits will be issued via an online code, valid for 3 months, and can be used to offset online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
  • Store credits are to be used in a single transaction (fully utilised in 1 order), and not applicable with any other discounts or promotions. No credits/refunds will be given for the balance amount not used.
  • Send your return item to us via traceable modes. We will not be responsible for any lost mail. Delivery fees, if any, will not be reimbursed.
 
DEFECTS / INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
I do a quality check for each parcel before it leaves my workshop. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective/incorrect item, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. 
Please Whatsapp me at 8825 0699 with snapshots of the area of the defect and your order number, within 3 working days after receiving your parcel. I'll reply with further instructions for the return. Please note the following:
  • Returned items must be in original condition: unwashed and unused. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected.
  • Once the defective item is received, we will process and send out a replacement item.
  • If a replacement of the exact item ordered is not available, customers can opt for store credits with a 6 months validity.
