Christmas Early Bird FAQs

A big thank you to you early birds for gifting me with the gift of time to process your Christmas hauls.

#1. How can I enjoy the 5% discount?

To enjoy the 5% discount, simply enter the promo code EARLYXMAS during checkout, with a minimum spend of $60. Once the code is applied, the discount will be automatically deducted from your cart total.

Do note that discount code is limited to one-time use per customer.

Items marked with a Sale tag are also entitled to a further 5% as they are Last Chance products - limited quantity available!

#2. Is there complimentary delivery?

Yes, upon hitting $127 (before discount), your delivery fee will be automatically waived. However, if your order does not meet the minimum spend requirement, a flat-rate courier fee of $5.50 will apply. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

#3. Can I opt to self collect?

Yes, self collection will be at my studio.

#4. What happens if I've forgetten to enter the promo code?

If you have missed entering the promo code during checkout, don't worry! I understand that mistakes happen. The discount amount will be returned to you in the form of shop credits. These credits will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used towards future purchases.

#5. I've placed an order during your breather break. When will it be processed?

As I'm currently away for a breather break (6th October - 6th November), please note that all orders placed now are considered preorders. I will begin processing them from 6th November onwards. Greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

#6. When can I expect to receive my orders?

As I'll also be at Boutiques Fair from 16 - 19 Nov, I'll can only start dispatching orders in the week of 27 Nov. You can expect to receive them in that week. Do note that I'll not be able to dispatch orders any earlier. Apologies!

#7. Can I request an urgent / custom order? Or an item that's on your Instagram but not listed on webstore?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to accommodate urgent or custom design orders from now till 2023 ends as it's the festive season. All product colours & designs are limited to the options as put up here on the webstore.

I have to limit my products and design offerings in order to manage all orders during this period.

Apologies in advance for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.

#8. I can't seem to add more quantity. Does it mean it's sold out?

Yes, stocks are newly updated prior to this launch. So once you're unable to add further quantity, it means there's no more further available stock. I won't be doing further restocking once items are sold out.

#9. Yay, I've checked out my cart! Yikes, I've missed out a couple of names. How should I go about adding?

I know, it happens! You may proceed to create a new cart to add on your items. Do note that the discount code will no longer be valid as it's limited to one-time use per customer.

Simply check out your new cart by selecting Self Collecting and leave a remark indicating your earlier Order Number. I'll arrange to pack both orders together to send them out.

If you have paid for delivery fee in your earlier cart, but after adding on, your orders combined is now eligible for free delivery, unfortunately, as per point #2 above, delivery fees are non-refundable.

I'd highly recommend you folks to take time to do up your gifting list before carting out. This early bird promo lasts for more than 3 weeks, so no rush! ;)

#10. Can I place my orders directly with you via Whatsapp / Email?

Preferably not, as the discount code has to be applied through the webstore. Orders placed with me via Whatsapp or Email will have to PayNow the cart amount in full. You will receive the discount amount back as store credits for your use within a year.

Also, I would be really really grateful if you could place your orders via webstore directly so that I won't be on Whatsapp or email all the time during this breather break, to spend precious time with my big and small boys.
