Answers to some FAQs

#1. Is there complimentary delivery?

Yes, upon hitting $120, your delivery fee will be automatically waived. However, if your order does not meet the minimum spend requirement, a flat-rate standard courier fee of $5.50 will apply. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

#2. Can I opt to self collect?

Yes, self collection will be at my studio. (Right opposite Aljunied MRT station, cross the overhead bridge)

Location: 71 Lorong 23 Geylang Work Plus Store Aljunied #04-12 Singapore 388386.

Opening hours: Mon - Thu (Close on Fri - Sun & PH)

11am - 1.30pm (AM slot)

1.30 - 2.30 pm (Out for lunch)

2.30 - 4.30 pm (PM slot)

#3. How are your delivery charges like?

- Standard Courier deliver in 2-3 working days - $5.50 (Complimentary for orders above $120)

- Next Day Delivery - $15 

    #4. I need some customised gifts urgently. Would you be able to expedite?

    Next Day Pick Up / Delivery is now available from Mon - Thu with minimum lead time of 24 hours.

    For same day pick up, kindly drop a Whatsapp to 8825 0699 to check in with me. An urgent fee of $35 is applicable for orders with less than 24 hours lead time.

    #5. I can't seem to add more quantity. Does it mean it's sold out?

    Yes, stocks have been newly updated. So once you're unable to add further quantity, it means it will take some time for restocks to arrive.

    Apologies in advance for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.

    #6. Yay, I've checked out my cart! Yikes, I've missed out a couple of names. How should I go about adding?

    I know, it happens! You may proceed to create a new cart to add on your items. 

    Simply check out your new cart by selecting Self Collecting and leave a remark indicating your earlier Order Number. I'll arrange to pack both orders together to send them out.

    If you have paid for delivery fee in your earlier cart, but after adding on, your orders combined is now eligible for free delivery, unfortunately, as per point #1 above, delivery fees are non-refundable.

    #7. Due to changes in plans, I'll have to cancel my online order. Will I be able to get a refund?

    Yes. However, as Shopify platform charges a transaction fee for every orders placed via the portal, I'm unable to do a full refund back to your credit card.

    Refunds will be in the form of shop credits, valid for use within a year from date of credits issue.

    Refund value will be calculated base only on the products value. As per point #1, delivery fee will not be refundable. 

    #8. Is there a limit to the number of characters?

    There is no limit to the number of characters but there is limited space on each product. Hence I'd recommend just having first names or initials on our woodies to go for a clean and minimalist look. Too lengthy will end up with an over-cluttered wood piece. 

    #9. Can I send over my design?

    Yes, of course!

    Please send a hi-res AI / PDF format of your design to my email

    Do note to have your file in black and white only. Images with layers (i.e. background and foreground), water painting artwork or watermarks are not suitable for engraving.

    Did your designing on Canva? Simply download in SVG format and send them to me!

    #10. Do we get to preview the artwork design?

    Artwork preview is only available for Signages, Cake toppers, Corporate and Wedding orders.

    For all the remaining woodies, we apologise that we do not provide previews for individual order items. Specific location of engraving and font type samples are as per product images displayed. We seek your kind understanding to refer to the sample images as reference.

    #11. Can I place my orders directly with you via Whatsapp / Email?

    Yes sure, if that's easier for you especially if you have a long gift list.
