How long will it take before I can receive my items?

 

Is there a limit to the number of characters?

There is no limit to the number of characters but there is limited space on our woodies. Hence we recommend just having first names or initials on our woodies to go for a clean and minimalist look. Too lengthy will end up with an over-cluttered wood piece. 

 

Can I send over my design to be engraved on the wood item?

Yes, of course!

Please send a hi-res AI / PDF format of your design to my email ling@tabletopics.sg.

Do note to have your file in black and white only. Images with layers (i.e. background and foreground), water painting artwork or watermarks are not suitable for engraving.

Did your designing on Canva? Simply download in SVG format and send them to me!

 

Do we get to preview the artwork design?

Artwork preview is only available for Signages, Cake toppers, Corporate and Wedding orders.

For all the remaining woodies, we apologise that we do not provide previews for individual order items. Specific location of engraving and font type samples are as per product images displayed. We seek your kind understanding to refer to the sample images as reference.

 

Can I opt for Singpost Normal Mail?

We have ceased using Singpost Normal mail to have everyone feeling at ease with the delivery of your parcel.

We're currently engaging J&T Express as our courier partner.

 

Do you have a self pick-up option?

Yes self collection is available at 71 Lorong 23 Geylang Singapore 388386.

As it's by appointment basis only, do allow us to drop you a Whatsapp to confirm pick up day and time once your order is ready.

 

My item seems slightly different in wood tone from the images. Why is that so?

Made of natural wood, each of our wood products are unique in their wood grains and wood tone. Distinct marks or wood burns may also be apparent on the products. And hence, no two woodies are identical.
