At this time of the year nearing CNY, I used to see my dad bringing home tall hampers comprising of a variety of goodies. Peeking through the see-through wrapper, we'll be discussing which box of biscuits we're gonna eat first. My favourite is always the Julie's tin of chocolate wafer love letter. Our mom will always comment 要等过年才可以开来吃.

Have never imagined that today, I'm actually sending hampers, redefined, to homes during festive seasons. It's such a blessing for me.

I have put together something sweet (Honeymill - Wild Flora Honey), something to munch (Old Seng Choong Cookies), something to sip (Kindred Tea - Floral Tea), and a pleasant scent (Hooga Room Spray) to set the ambience for a relaxing foot soak (Scoop Wholefoods Tranquil Bath Salt)- all encompassed in this Blessings bundle to gift to families this New Year.

This bundle of goodies comes snuggly packed in our pine wood lid box, with a personalised stone-stamp replica family name engraving. The pine wood box too, makes a wonderful Christmas heirloom box for families, or as a personal keepsake box for angbaos packets accumulated over the years. Some packets are just too pretty or some with heartfelt handwritten messages that you just can't bear to throw.

Well, that's not all. Your personalised box will be gift wrapped with tangerine cotton fabric (Furoshiki - an art of Japanese fabric wrapping), adorned with a 福 ornament wooden tag. It's all ready to gift!

Blessings Bundle will be sent out separately from the rest of your order. Hence if your cart comprises of other items together with a bundle, makes up less than $150, there will still be a $5.50 delivery fee applicable. Complimentary shipping will be applied automatically for orders above $150.

As all of my products are crafted solely by myself from design customising to the making and finally packing, please do allow 7 working days of processing before dispatch.

Please do also allow an additional 2 - 3 working days, for our courier partner who are working tirelessly in rain or shine, to deliver the parcels to your door.

Return Policy

RETURNS

I do pride myself with error free engravings, so that I deliver your gifts just that way you'd like it to be. As each wood piece is individually personalised with your requested wordings or artwork, I regret to inform that engraved items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Do also assist me by checking through to ensure that you have indicated the correct spelling or characters to be engraved for each item in your order.
In the unfortunate event that I have made an error in the engraving (my apologies!), please Whatsapp me at 8825 0699 within 3 working days of receiving your parcel, with snapshots of the error. I'll drop you a reply with further instructions for the corrected replacement.
  • Returned items must be in original condition: unwashed and unused. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected.
  • Returns are not accepted for orders made with sale discount codes, voucher codes from reward points redemption and sale items.
  • No cash refunds will be made for returns. Store credits will be issued via an online code, valid for 3 months, and can be used to offset online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
  • Store credits are to be used in a single transaction (fully utilised in 1 order), and not applicable with any other discounts or promotions. No credits/refunds will be given for the balance amount not used.
  • Send your return item to us via traceable modes. We will not be responsible for any lost mail. Delivery fees, if any, will not be reimbursed.
 
DEFECTS / INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
I do a quality check for each parcel before it leaves my workshop. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective/incorrect item, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. 
Please Whatsapp me at 8825 0699 with snapshots of the area of the defect and your order number, within 3 working days after receiving your parcel. I'll reply with further instructions for the return. Please note the following:
  • Returned items must be in original condition: unwashed and unused. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected.
  • Once the defective item is received, we will process and send out a replacement item.
  • If a replacement of the exact item ordered is not available, customers can opt for store credits with a 6 months validity.
