FAQ for Teachers' Day Orders 2024

1. When will my Teachers' Day order be processed? Oh, and when is Teachers' Day?

Current lead time for Teachers' Day orders is 5 working days.

Teachers' Day is on 30 Aug Friday this year and most schools will be celebrating on 29 Aug.

2. Will there be complimentary Teachers' Day message cards provided this year?

Yes! As per tradition, each gift from our Teachers' Day collection comes with our exclusive Teachers' Day card, specially designed for you to pen a message to your dearest educators.

3. Is there a minimum spend for complimentary delivery?

Yes, enjoy complimentary standard courier delivery on orders over $120. 

4. Are there any special discounts for large orders?

Unfortunately, due to time constraints this year, I'm unable to offer further discounts.

5. Can I request to switch font or design?

During this peak gifting period, unfortunately, I'm unable to cater to custom adjustments. Designs and font type will be as per product images. 

6. I can't seem to add further quantity to cart. Is it sold out?

Yes I'm afraid that once you're unable to add more, the item has been sold out. I've updated the available quantity and opened limited slots that I could fulfil so that gifts can reach you timely.

7. Can I opt to self collect?

Yes, during this month, orders lead time will be minimally 1 week. You may select the pick up time slots upon carting out. You'll also receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up.

8. When is the last date to place an order for Teachers' Day?

You may place your order anytime now till 26 Aug. I'd recommend placing your order after you have collated your completed list of teachers' names.

9. May I place my order through Whatsapp?

Yes, you may simply send your list via Whatsapp to 8825 0699. Do kindly note that payment mode will be via PayNow for orders placed through Whatsapp.
